Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, proportions and details accurately. Appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screens and the nature of crystal glass. Minor variations that do not affect function are not considered defects.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website and may change without notice. Shipping charges, duties and taxes may be added where applicable. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
