Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Email hi@valliercrystal.com before returning any order.

Each Vallier glass is made from lead-free crystal glass selected for its clarity, brilliance and substantial feel.
Yes. Vallier glassware is made from lead-free crystal glass.
We recommend hand washing. Dishwashers, strong detergents and high temperatures can gradually affect the brilliance of crystal glass.
Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, sudden temperature changes and contact with other glassware during washing.
We ship worldwide to destinations available at checkout. Some locations may be unavailable because of carrier or customs restrictions.
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard international delivery generally takes 5–14 business days and express delivery 3–7 business days. Customs delays may add additional time.
Email hi@valliercrystal.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item, outer packaging and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes or cancellations requested within 12 hours, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
Unused and unwashed items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return. Original shipping charges and return postage are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
